Judith is well known for living and breathing her clients’ businesses. Her enviable contact list is testimony to the reputation she’s built over the last twenty years. A firm believer that you have to keep an eye on ‘what next?’ to deliver for clients, her team knows she wants brilliant ideas and smart implementation, inextricably linked to the overall vision.
This founding partner is most definitely a hands-on operator, actively involved in her clients’ businesses and committed to delivering the highest professional standards across the team. Guilty pleasures include, India Knight’s beauty recommendations and stolen moments with the warm, witty words of Marian Keyes.
As well as priding herself on delivering an excellent client service, Hannah, a judge at the PR Week Awards, brings bucket loads of digital comms and PR experience to any campaign. She’ll spend her time getting under the skin of your business and understanding what really makes your prospects tick, before designing and delivering a comms strategy to help your business grow.
Outside of the office, you’ll usually find Hannah hanging out with her puppy, exploring new running routes, or travelling to new places.
PR supremo by day, music blogger by night. Katie loves the variety of the challenge in PR and digital comms, as well as adding value to the work she puts her name on. Hearing great feedback from clients is what makes it all worthwhile. Her antenna for ‘new’ is always on. She regularly attends industry events in search of new ways to attack problems and her go-to source is Twitter, with an occasional lunchtime fix of Daily Mail celeb gossip on the side.
Julie is our agricultural enthusiastic with a burning passion for all things farming. Not only has she got over 20 years of PR experience she is a first generation farmer, having farmed in both the UK and USA. This practical and entrepreneurial spirit is brought into her PR work, with her ability to grasp technical issues and turn them into highly effective communication campaigns. When she’s not working, she enjoys nothing more than exploring the coastline and castles of the Borders.
A keen writer, our account exec Rebeca is our go-to gal for attention grabbing press releases, engaging opinion pieces and popular social posts. Raised in Cardiff, and having lived in Orléans and Guadeloupe, Rebeca speaks fluent French and Welsh. When she’s not scoping out the latest additions to Edinburgh’s coffee scene, Rebeca can be found perusing cookery sites for recipe inspiration, hunting for bargain flights on Skyscanner, and taking long walks with her springer spaniel, Bertie.
The lady keeping the show on the road is our Office Manager, Shirley. Referred to as a goal keeper, with incredibly safe hands, she organises the office and team with detailed precision. Her experience spans the architectural industry and asset management and her love for variety means she thrives working for a company like Represent. When not out walking in the country, Shirley wisely devotes much of her time to food and drink. So much so she has started producing her own vegetables which the team will soon be enjoying… won’t they Shirley?
With a colourful employment history covering everything from supervising in an Edinburgh Fringe hostel to promoting doggy yoga in Sydney, Erin relies on her versatility and love of all things creative to deliver results. Studying English Literature at university instilled a love of everything literary and she relishes both the challenge of writing content and the pleasure of reading it. When offline, you can find Erin searching for dogs to pet, horses to ride, and new books to read.
With two decades of design experience behind him, Bobby is a master at bringing colour, composition, image and typography together in original and effective ways.
He drills down into a brand, getting to understand its core and then works outwards from there. Inspiration and ideas come from all directions, whether it’s Tate Modern, Soundcloud or The Real Housewives of Beverley Hills. He believes communication is key to the development of business – it enables growth of ideas, and coherent design is the backbone of that communication.
An overactive curiosity gland, a fascination for how people think plus a magpie-like tendency to store bright, shiny things to connect later and you have Ailsa’s core ingredients for a great idea. Add to that over 20 years’ brand experience plus a love of emerging technologies and it’s easy to see why Ailsa relishes the challenge of translating an idea into a wide range of formats. When she’s not tapping keys she’s tapping plant pots and tennis balls.
