Recently awarded Creative Industries Leader of the Year, Judith is well known for living and breathing her clients’ businesses. Her enviable contact list is testimony to the reputation she’s built over the last twenty years.

This founding partner is most definitely a hands-on operator, actively involved in her clients’ businesses and committed to delivering the highest professional standards across the team.

Hailing from Northern Ireland, Gráinne (pronounced – Gronya) has a background in journalism and 15 years’ experience devising and delivering PR and comms strategies for businesses and brands across the globe.

She will get to grips with your business, your target market and key messages before devising a PR campaign that delivers reach, awareness and cut-through with winning results.

When OOO, Gráinne enjoys family-time, getting outdoors and staying active.

Erin Bertram

Erin holds an MA in English Literature from the University of Edinburgh and has been part of the Represent team for three years. Her expertise lies in crafting compelling content across blogs, social media, opinion pieces and news articles. 

Erin is adept at delivering impactful copy and campaigns across a spectrum of industries, finding out what makes businesses tick and effectively connecting them with their target audiences. However, she knows that writing doesn’t just have to read well, it has to deliver too – whether that is keyword optimised blogs, eye-catching news lines or social media friendly wording. 

Reliable and friendly, she will be in regular contact with your team, updating them on our latest activity, reporting on monthly KPIs or simply asking how it’s going! 

As well as delivering an excellent client service, Hannah, a judge at the PR Week Awards, brings bucket loads of strategic digital comms and PR experience to any campaign.

She’ll get under the skin of your business before designing a digital comms strategy to help your business grow.

Outside of the office, you’ll find Hannah hanging out with her family, exploring new running routes, or travelling to new places.

Digital Strategist, Hannah Tulloch

Account Manager, Emily de Vale

With seven years’ experience in branding and digital communications, Emily cut her teeth at the world’s largest independent design agency, account managing LDF and East Bank.

Previously, she delivered the digital marketing strategy at a PropTech start-up, after managing the social media and creating content at a global business consultancy.

She has built an enthusiasm to take your brand communications as close to the cutting edge as you are willing to go. Emily spends her downtime at art exhibitions and contemporary circus performances with friends, or on countryside adventures with her family.

PR& Digital Director, Michelle McWilliams

The first part of Michelle’s career was spent working with Ministers in Whitehall delivering high profile communication campaigns. Roles in higher education followed including a job as Deputy Director of Communications & Public Affairs at the University of Edinburgh.

After a career break, a move to the private sector included agency roles and in-house with a tech start-up.

She’ll always set the bar high for your communications strategy.  Using sound judgement, to carefully nurture your stakeholder relationships, she’ll build and enhance your reputation.

Michelle co-founded and manages Outwith Festival, a music & arts festival in Fife and is a trustee with charity, Sight Scotland.

Account Executive,
Amy Middleton

Amy is a university graduate with a first-class degree in Music Journalism from the British & Irish Modern Music Institute in Manchester. 

She fell in love with the world of PR and Communications after completing two summers at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival with Impressive PR, and delving into the world of brand PR with Little Red Rooster. 

Previously, she was lead writer and sub-editor of publications in the entertainment and food & drink sectors. Her background in journalism means that she can deliver creative and engaging copy and is excellent at tapping into current social media trends.

Outside of the office Amy can be found with her head stuck in a book or at a gig with friends (she is on her 50th book this year)!

Our cockerpoo works ‘flexibly’ and keep us healthy and motivated with daily walks, playful breaks and even some pet therapy.
