20/20 Productions Introduce Revolutionary Event Registration Tools

Award-winning event and digital production company 20/20 Productions have launched a revolutionary registration tool, with accompanying app, built to increase productivity and reduce error for Event Managers around the world – introducing DelegateManager™ and supporting app DelegateManager™ Check-In.

Ever evolving and up-to-date with the latest event management needs and technological advancements, the fully customizable and branded online registration system has been in development for the last 10 years.

Utilising over 25 years event production experience, 20/20 Productions designed and developed this tool to meet the demands of the Edinburgh-based agency as well as event producers around the world. Originally developed for in-house use, 20/20 Productions quickly realised that they had created a tool that clients and event professionals everywhere could benefit from.

DelegateManager™ successfully manages delegate information, from attendance status to dietary requirements, for any event size while increasing accessibility and accuracy of data for both event managers and users.

Developed by an experienced in-house app team, 20/20 Productions have also launched a supporting app for iPads, iPhones and Android devices. Working seamlessly with the DelegateManager™ platform DelegateManager™ Check-In facilitates easy on-site registration of delegates at events.

It reduces the need for paper and speeds up delegate check-in through powerful search and customisable filters making it a much-needed tool for many event managers. By allowing event managers to get real-time access to attendance levels and other important data it can greatly assist when running any size of event.”
